PLACE BOOKING
Place Booking Payment is due 5 days before the date of the course. Failure to pay before the day of the course may result in cancellation of your booking. Should the course be cancelled attendees will be offered the choice of a place on the next course or a refund. Should attendees cancel their place more than five days before the course this should be sent via email and we will refund the fee or offer to transfer the place to another date or colleague. Cancellations less than five days before the course will not be refunded but the place can be deferred to a future course or passed to a colleague. We require written notice via email of any cancellation 24 hours prior to the start of the course so that the place may offered to the next individual on the waiting list. A £20 administration fee will apply to all invoices.
